Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Carpentry Site Leader to join our team at GAP Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

You will work closely with the project manager to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site activities, including supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of site plans and schedules.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing site operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum.
