We are seeking a compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join our well-established Primary School Autism provision in London, offering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role

As an Autism Support Assistant, you will be working with young learners who have autism, providing support and assistance to ensure their academic success and personal development. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with autism in various settings, including classrooms and play areas.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to integrate autism support into lesson plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting to relevant parties.

What We Offer:
