At Spicerhaart, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our concierge team in Gorleston. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound contacts via calls, webchat, and email. Your duties will include registering client details, forwarding them to relevant teams, booking property valuations, and completing various administrative tasks such as creating brochures, floor plans, and data input.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephone etiquette, be resilient and able to work effectively under pressure, thrive in competitive environments, have exceptional organizational and time management skills, and be proficient in computer usage with excellent keyboard skills. A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive basic salary ranging from £23,000 to £24,000 per year, depending on sales experience, uncapped commission scheme, participation in the Elevate scheme, and dedicated training from day one with ongoing coaching and development opportunities to advance your career at Spicerhaart. Estimated annual salary: £34,280 (£28,380 base + £5,900 estimated commission).
