Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Dietitian to lead our Dietetics Service at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high-quality and effective dietetic service for our patients from preoperative to outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Dietetics Service and ensure adherence to guidance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead for Nutrition to ensure an effective and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement audit programs and quality improvement initiatives across the service.
  • Provide clinical leadership and act as a resource of expertise and support for other members of the dietetic team.
  • Work closely with a wide range of Allied Health Professionals, consultants, and clinical nurse specialists.
  • Be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work, including the management of patients in your care.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading a dietetics service or similar role.
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in dietetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources.
