We are seeking an experienced Senior Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team at Northampton School. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational direction of the school, working closely with the Headteacher and other leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving teaching and learning.

This is a senior leadership position, requiring strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. You must have a proven track record in middle leadership within an 11-16 school setting, with experience in staff development, pupil progress, and data analysis. A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, health insurance, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
