Job Title: Supportive Family Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Family Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a vital role in providing support to children and families in need.

About the Role:
As a Supportive Family Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for undertaking child assessments and plans, as well as working closely with children and families to provide emotional support and guidance. You will also be required to undertake Child Protection procedures and work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake child assessments and plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families
  • Work closely with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Undertake Child Protection procedures

Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • SSSC registered as a Social Worker
  • Ideally JII trained
