We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts and Service Coordinator to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all parts and service activities to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient use of engineering resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prepare parts, quotes, and orders in line with customer enquiries and internal processes
  • Manage engineers' parts requests and update internal systems
  • Build and enhance relationships with internal and external customers
  • Support the Service Controller in daily planning activities
  • Monitor and control service, resolving client technical/administrative queries and escalating/delegating where required
  • Carry out invoicing and job costing tasks
  • Ensure paperwork is sent to customers and records are kept up to date
Requirements:
  • Relevant parts experience within the motor factors or commercial vehicle industry
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload with high attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
