We are seeking a seasoned M&E project professional to join Raven Search, a reputable engineering firm in the UK building services industry.

Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects and will be responsible for managing project teams to ensure timely completion within budget.


About the Role:
  • Lead multiple M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in the UK building services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and control, with a strong understanding of M&E systems and technologies.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
