Lettings Negotiator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Residential Lettings Specialist to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Chippenham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.
  • Provide outstanding customer care and customer service experience to clients.
  • Work in a target-driven environment to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local property market and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of success.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate with a strong understanding of MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
