Our client, a successful haulage company, is seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the office team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with queries, and booking jobs onto their bespoke IT system. You will also be required to adhere to both company and statutory legislation, coordinate deliveries and collections, and participate in debriefs, handovers, and briefing night drivers. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience with transport and logistics. You will also need to have a strong understanding of MS Office and great customer service skills. The working hours are 10.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, and benefits include casual dress, company pension, on-site parking, and private medical insurance after a qualifying period.
