We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Clinical Trials Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Pharmacy Clinical Trials unit, you will play a crucial role in the management and dispensing of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) under strict protocols and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of providing high-quality dispensing services from a hospital pharmacy, as well as an understanding of Good Clinical Practice regulations and governance principles. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of pharmacy site files, supporting monitoring visits, and managing clinical trial stock, including patient returns, expired stock, and destruction of investigational medicinal products (IMPs).

In this role, you will also be responsible for temperature monitoring of IMPs, responding promptly to receive deliveries, and participating in audit data collection and reporting.
