Care Support Professional

We are currently looking for a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team in Guildford. As a Care Support Professional, you will have the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our residents.
This role offers a unique blend of physical and emotional support, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic environment. We are seeking an individual who is caring, empathetic, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Preparing meals, drinks, and snacks as needed
- Providing assistance with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions
- Supporting residents with their morning routines, including washing, bathing, and dressing
- Ensuring residents take their medication as required and helping with bedtime routines
- Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £15.00, reflecting the value we place on this role. You will also enjoy multiple shift options, including days, nights, and weekends.
