Senior Healthcare Support Worker End Point Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our team as an End Point Assessor. As an End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the competence of apprentices in the Senior Healthcare Support Worker role.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult nursing support and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the associated apprenticeship standard, assessment plan, specification, assessment instruments, and recording tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures
- Follow the protocols set out in Pearson's specifications, assessment materials, and quality assurance protocols
- Record and submit EPA outcomes with clear justifications for grading decisions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pearson's end-point assessment activities
Requirements
- Be occupationally competent in the adult nursing support field
- Hold a current NMC pin number
- Have experience of working in a healthcare setting within the last 2 years
- Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Working Arrangements
The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of two days per week and will be expected to have personal IT equipment capable of running Pearson required software.
