Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Manager to join our client's production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure high efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure high efficiency and quality standards">
  • Monitor and improve production processes to minimize defects and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications">
  • Troubleshoot production issues, including equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and material defects">
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements, cost reductions, and waste minimization using lean manufacturing principles">
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff, including training on new equipment and processes">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation, including process instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality records">
  • Cross-functional collaboration with design, R&D, and quality teams to facilitate the transition of new products from development to full-scale production">
  • Strong knowledge of Labview and/or Python essential to help write and manage calibration software and databases">

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Process Development Manager who possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, and 3-5+ years of experience in a Production Engineering role.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
