Job Description:

At Danfoss, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Professional to join our team in the North-West UK region. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and business development to drive growth in the HVAC solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase overall sales of Residential, Commercial, and Cooling solutions by expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Expand the current project pipeline by establishing clear growth strategies for Heating and Cooling solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including M+E consultants, BMS and M+E contractors, and HVAC merchants/wholesalers.
  • SPECIFY PRODUCTS TO M+E CONSULTANTS AND ESTABLISH STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Perform product selection and dimensioning for customers, provide technical product and application support, and deliver product and application trainings (incl. CPD, seminars, and training).
  • Work collaboratively with other divisions of Danfoss to share knowledge and sales leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of delivering sales results and driving business growth in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand perspectives and successfully influence and negotiate.
  • Experience of selling solutions into Developers, Main Contractors, Local Authorities, and Housing Associations would be beneficial.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences.

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
