About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in St Andrews. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of pharmacy services and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy sales, services, and profitability
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team, promoting a positive work environment and employee engagement
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in clinical governance and leadership development
  • Regularly audit and evaluate pharmacy operations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

About You

To succeed as a Pharmacy Manager, you should have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Membership of the GPhC
  • Proven experience in pharmacy management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
