Role Overview


As a key member of the Jardine Motors Group team, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers across our dealerships.


With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering assistance and refreshments whenever needed. Your high standard of organisation and attention to detail will ensure that customer-facing areas are always kept clean and tidy, and meeting rooms are replenished with food and beverages as required.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Provide a professional and warm welcome to every customer as soon as they walk through the door.
  • Strive for exceptional service by understanding each customer's needs and providing a seamless experience, offering assistance and refreshments whenever needed.
  • Ensure customer-facing areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and meeting rooms are replenished with food and beverages as required.
  • Handle any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
