Job Title: Head of Network Management

This role combines sales, account management, and community building to drive revenue growth and foster a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to create and grow a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector.
  • Organize and host community events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among clients.
  • Create and manage online forums, social media groups, and other platforms where clients can engage with each other and with our team.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and improve overall client experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings.
  • Develop and grow a network of other organizations and contacts supporting the nonprofit/university sector and seek ways in which to partner with them for marketing, referral, or collaborative project efforts.
Requirements:
  • A genuine enthusiasm for helping nonprofit organizations achieve their missions and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
  • A proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to identify and engage potential clients while developing strategic sales plans to meet targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft engaging content, such as blogs or articles, to share valuable insights within the nonprofit sector.
