Job Title: Head of Network Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth in the nonprofit and higher education client vertical by marketing TopSource Worldwide's specialty in this sector.
  • Foster a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector, helping organizations connect, share best practices, and collaborate.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to management.
Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of commercial contact for a portfolio of existing nonprofit clients to support growth targets.

Community Building & Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to create and grow a vibrant client community within the nonprofit sector.

  • Organize and host community events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among clients.
  • Create and manage online forums, social media groups, and other platforms where clients can engage with each other and with our team.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and improve overall client experience.
Requirements:
  • A genuine enthusiasm for helping nonprofit organizations achieve their missions and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
  • A proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to identify and engage potential clients while developing strategic sales plans to meet targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft engaging content, such as blogs or articles, to share valuable insights within the nonprofit sector.
