Senior HR Advisor

Next Employment is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in delivering best practices for managers and employees, providing guidance and solutions where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver employee relations processes, including Disciplinaries, Probations, and Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Update and maintain HR letter templates, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.
  • Participate in projects and HR activities as directed by the HR Business Partner, Payroll Manager, and CHRO.
  • Produce management information as required, both within HR and the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced HR department.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.
  • An enthusiastic and flexible approach, with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Graduate or equivalent, with a commitment to studying CIPD if not already obtained.
