Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability through effective financial planning and analysis.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
