Join Our Team as a Private Credit Associate

As a Private Credit Associate, you'll play a key role in originating investment ideas, engaging in due diligence, and structuring investments that drive value for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine investment theses through thorough analysis and due diligence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate investments
  • Communicate investment ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and committees
  • Monitor and analyze existing investments in the portfolio
  • Build relationships with sponsors, management teams, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, or direct lending
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for investing and credit analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Flexibility and creativity in analyzing complex industries and businesses
