Job Title: Chargehand Shift

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional support to the Hygiene Manager in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all tasks delegated.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising staff to ensure they are properly supervised and safely complete their tasks as per the cleaning schedule on each shift.
  • Leading by example and ensuring that you and your team adhere to company policies and procedures in relation to Product Quality, Food Safety, and Integrity.

Essential Criteria:

  • Basic level of both verbal and written English
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience within the Food industry
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft package

Desirable Criteria:

  • Level 3 Food Safety
  • Experienced in industrial deep cleaning procedures
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • COSHH Training
