We are working with an exciting and growing organization to help them find a QA Document Reviewer.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with document/batch record review experience to join a dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all activities associated with master and working documents, data and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies/procedures.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Salary Details

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 per annum, making it an attractive offer for candidates looking for a stable income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review quality and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide document control functions and advice to support business operations.
  • Maintain a status tracker and provide accurate status reports on batch record review to support batch compilation activities.
  • Support document archiving activities when required to ensure the movement of material to and from the archive is properly controlled and documented.
  • Coordinate the company's activities to ensure that SOPs are reviewed/revised within the documented revision time span.
  • Ensure that all documents are updated and mastered according to existing procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with GMP regulations.

Requirements

  • Educated to HNC/HND level as minimum, with a degree preferred.
  • Experience in document review in a regulated (GMP) environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems would be beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
