This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and integration of cutting-edge systems, assemblies, and components, while working collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee work packages, ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams (quality, supply chain, technicians) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure designs meet manufacturability, assembly, and safety requirements.
  • Develop manufacturing plans and assembly strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Manage real-time design changes and document Non-Conformance issues.
  • Design and manage specialist tooling for build, inspection, and testing.

We estimate the salary for this position to be £40 per hour, reflecting the skills and qualifications required.
