Job Title: Freelance Resource Coordinator

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.

At Spring, we are a dynamic and fast-paced organization that requires a highly organized and proactive Freelance Resource Coordinator to manage our freelance bookings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project flow through effective resource management.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Freelance Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with our creative teams, freelancers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely booking requests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating freelance bookings, including updating schedules and managing paperwork;
  • Liaising with our Creative Services Director, ECD, Head of Project Management, and Account and Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to freelancers and internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly;

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency setting;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment;
