This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Resource Coordinator to join Spring's team.

Job Summary:

This role involves managing resources to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Creative Services Director and Account/Project Manager to manage resource bookings.
  • Liaise with creatives to understand their workload and capacity.
  • Communicate changes in work requested/allocation of briefs to creatives as needed.
Process and Procedure:
  1. Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets.
  2. Manage the Creative Services inbox, responding to queries and escalating when necessary.
Freelance Administration:
  1. Administer freelance hires, handling paperwork and ensuring processes are followed.
  2. Manage start/end dates with HR and IT.
  3. Main point of contact for freelance booking/invoice queries.
  4. Expertly use the freelance booking tool.
  5. Support the onboarding of new freelancers.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
