Location Manager

We are seeking an experienced Location Manager to join our team at Rebellion, a leading independent game developer and publisher. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing awe-inspiring locations for our upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our art teams to identify and scout locations that will fuel the creativity for our projects.
- Negotiate contracts and manage logistics for site access, fees, and documentation.
- Manage crew logistics and ensure smooth site operations.
- Take full responsibility for assets on site and those loaned for reference or in-house scanning.
- Maintain, clean, and charge equipment; purchase necessary items as directed by the Lead Artist.
- Track and update task progress using designated tracking tools, ensuring consistency and alignment with stakeholders.
- Assist the Photogrammetry team in collaborating with the wider art teams to ensure smooth project integration.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative, organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage time and budgets effectively.
- Must hold a Category B driver's license.
- Desire to learn basic photogrammetry and 3D scanning skills.
- Professional experience as a Producer, Production Coordinator, or similar in the games or film/VFX industries is desired.
- Passion for subjects related to our games such as WWII, military equipment, architecture, geography, and history is desired.
- Basic photography and videography skills for creating behind-the-scenes content are a bonus.
