We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Victoria House, where you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals to residents in accordance with approved recipes and health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and control expenses

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in volume cooking and kitchen management is essential
  • Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
