Learning Support Coach

In this rewarding position as a Learning Support Coach, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to complex needs or challenging circumstances. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, tailored support to help students achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver individualized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize a range of strategies and techniques to overcome barriers to learning, including trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing targeted interventions to address challenges.
- Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or those who experience dysregulation.
- A teaching qualification or degree in education, psychology, or a related field, with additional training in SEN, trauma-informed practices, or behavioural management highly desirable.
- A passion for working with students who face complex challenges and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives.
