The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work are essential requirements for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Providing personal care and support to clients with varying needs
  • Administering medication and carrying out complex care interventions as required
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress
**Requirements:**
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting within the UK
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • The ability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
  • Full right to work in the UK
