We're the world's first carbon-negative beer business, focused on ensuring that we and future generations have a planet to brew great beer on. In this role, you'll assist the management team in running shifts and be involved in various back-of-house duties alongside front-of-house tasks.
A big part of your job will be supporting, training, and guiding our amazing staff to excel in their roles. You'll work closely with an experienced management team and a crew of passionate and confident individuals.
You'll need at least 1-2 years' experience in a management role in hospitality, with knowledge of craft beer being desirable but not essential. What's most important is a customer service focus, ensuring every single experience a customer has exceeds expectations.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
