Financial Controller

Financing operations at Vantage Spaces Global Limited require a highly skilled and experienced professional. As a financial controller, you will oversee the company's financial activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial operations, including monthly closing processes, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing. With 3+ years of professional accounting experience, you will be responsible for managing internal financial controls, monitoring and reporting key metrics, and optimizing Xero financial reporting.
You will work closely with the leadership team to prepare year-end accounts, manage debt collection, and ensure debtor days are kept to 35 or below. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer/product gross profit analysis, monitoring, and reporting key metrics and KPIs across different areas of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including monthly closing processes, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing.
- Oversee internal financial controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Monitor and report key metrics, including debtor days, customer/product gross profit analysis, and KPIs.
- Optimize Xero financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
- Work closely with the leadership team to prepare year-end accounts and manage debt collection.
- Ensure debtor days are kept to 35 or below, and manage customer/product gross profit analysis.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
- AAT and ACA or ACCA qualifications.
