Early Years Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in our Early Learning and Childcare service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide support to the Head Teacher in delivering stimulating activities in a safe environment that meet the needs of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering Engaging Activities: Provide support to the delivery of a range of activities for children, including play-based learning and educational programs.
- Collaboration with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with the childcare team to ensure a high-quality service is provided.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Child Development Knowledge: A strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Effective Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Training and Development: A willingness to undertake SSSC registration and accredited training.
