Pool Attendant

Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at Wave Active, where you will be working in a fun and lively environment with like-minded people.

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the supervision of our customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities. You will always act safely whilst holding responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and oversee the operations of the building.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, ensuring the safety of our customers whilst they are enjoying the use of our facilities. You will have a passion for delivering first-class customer service and deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
• Act safely and responsibly for the Health and Safety of all pool users.
• Oversee the operations of the building.
• Ensure the safety of customers whilst they are enjoying the use of our facilities.
• Deliver first-class customer service and deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Managing 15 leisure facilities and Newhaven Fort, across the Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough of East Sussex we provide health and fitness services for both members and non-members of all ages to participate in, whether that be through sport, group exercise, gym, swim, play or health services.
