Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at Lewes Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our swimming and pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
• Act safely at all times while holding responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and overseeing the operations of the building.
• Ensure excellent attention to detail to maintain the safety of our customers while they are using our facilities.
• Deliver first-class customer service and deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner, going above and beyond to deliver the highest standards.
• Have an eye for first-class cleanliness and implement this whenever required.
• Be a team player.
