We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to oversee the operations of our Banbury Town Centre Premier Inn. This role involves managing a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure an exceptional hotel experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, guest feedback, and sales data.

  • A proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing staff and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
