We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. As an Executive Chef for Eurest, you will oversee all catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills and be able to ensure our kitchens and service counters run smoothly at all times. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring that all services meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Compass Group UK&I. You should also have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
