About the Role

This role involves working closely with clients to deliver exceptional retail experiences, promoting household name brands, and driving sales growth through optimized product placement and replenishment. Your primary focus will be on executing merchandising strategies, arranging and organizing products on shelves, and setting up promotional displays and signage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines, implementing planograms as required to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Strategically arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Effectively set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive under ownership of your work within set time frames, and take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients. You must also be comfortable with manual handling, able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor, and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (with extra payment). A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role, providing an opportunity to grow with our company and develop a rewarding career in retail merchandising.
