Strategic Bid Manager

The successful candidate will work closely with the client account team, bid managers, technical experts, and senior business leaders to identify a 'bid to win' strategy for our EPCs. They will be responsible for creating the bid strategy, leading and owning the strategic thinking throughout all stages of the bid, from initial go-no-go to bid submission and interview preparation.
This role involves direct interaction with clients, such as Nuclear Waste Services, as well as creating impact with internal colleagues and stakeholders to drive positive change in the way they approach their major pursuits strategy and delivery.
