Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Controller to join our team in Wymondham, UK. As a Service Controller, you will be responsible for producing accurate estimates, following up with customers, and recording outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with customers.
  2. Arrange parts and book work.
  3. Feedback important customer information to the Company.
  4. Monitor backend systems and compile estimates for further work.
  5. Contact customers and sell identified work and products.
  6. Liaise with the Parts department and hand over parts sales leads.
  7. Liaise with Service Supervisors/Controllers about critical machine health concerns.
  8. Input information to create worksheets.
  9. Help with invoicing and follow up on order numbers.
  10. Overtime may be required on Saturday mornings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Parts/Service sales within the Construction or similar industry.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience with Workshop Management Systems.
  • Clean driving licence and good driving record.
  • Right to work in the UK.
