About the Role

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at The Morris Dancer in Kelsall. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our sous chefs and head chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our menu specifications.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the development of new menu items and culinary initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

About You...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef, or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub, or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie, you will be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
