Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Golf team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. Assist in the on course food and beverage offering for our golf members, visitors and guests. Providing excellent standards in food presentation, quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- To have a full understanding the food and beverage area of the property in detail and working knowledge of all operational areas.
- To ensure that all guests are greeted or acknowledged of entering the half way house, and that guests are greeted in a proactive manner when you meet them around the surrounding grounds.
- To aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner.
- To ensure that guests receive an exceptional level of service and will want to return.
- To serve guests their requested orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Wherever possible to anticipate guests needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, and to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
- To ensure that all stock around the Food and Beverage ( half way house ) area is fully stocked.
- To ensure that all Food and Beverage areas and clean, near and in immaculate presentation for Guests arrival
- present yourself for work in an immaculate manner, creating a professional and quality appearance to our guests while adhering to Macdonald Hotels & Resorts uniform & grooming standards,.
- To ensure the product quality standards are met in the Food and Beverage Department as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness throughout.
- To fully understand the security procedures throughout the property.
- To take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance at work to ensure the department runs efficiently at all times.
- You should have relative experience in a similar capacity and establishments from within the last 2 years.
- The ability to read, write and speak fluently in English is essential as you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- We are looking for someone with excellent personal qualities and the ability to interact with all levels of employees, management & guests.
- You will be able to successfully re-prioritise tasks in a moment’s notice and maintain composure at all times within a fast paced and potentially stressful environment.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.44 per hour
