About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Director to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our community engagement efforts and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and social impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our brand and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, partners, and employees
  • Manage community programs and events to drive engagement and participation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community engagement, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
