About the Role

Accolite is seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an IT Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the accuracy of the asset lifecycle stage and ensuring the completeness of attributes required to support ITAM processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive accuracy and completeness of attributes required to support ITAM processes and controls.
  • Improve 'evidenced' and 'accuracy' scores supported by Technology Asset Inventory reconciliation engine, including identifying discrepancies in source data and driving remediation activity.
  • Maintain the mapping of reported asset lifecycle stage to the lifecycle stages defined in the ITAM Standard.
  • Manage the scope of asset attributes required for ITAM, with a focus on class-based required attributes.
  • Identify authorized assets and create/maintain a register of IT asset inventory data quality issues.
  • Report and observe IT asset data quality, and develop/executive/oversee data validation processes where required.
  • Ensure the availability of prioritized attributes in both AMDB and CMDB.
  • Support compliance and audit requirements.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • ITIL4 Foundations.
  • ITAM/Configuration Management.
  • Problem Management: Kepner-Tregoe method or 5 why's method.
  • JIRA Project Management.
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerBI, and JIRA for tracking and reporting on team activities.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Client (Internal) Management & Stakeholder Management Skills.
  • Strong Data Analytical skills with the ability to digest requirements, share feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines.
