About the Role
As a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the key point of contact with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience. Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing customer service and answering queries
- Replenishing stock and maintaining visual standards
- Participating in housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Learning and developing product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Representing the brand and promoting our products
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for selling and interacting with customers
- Enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude
- An eye for detail and high standards
- Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in the outdoor industry and our products
