About the Role
As a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience. You will be an important part of the store team, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Replenish stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is tidy and well-organized.
- Develop and share product knowledge with customers, providing recommendations and advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, who is enthusiastic, and has a hands-on attitude. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
