**About the Role**

We are recruiting for a Cafe Bar Assistant to join our prestigious health club team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for customer service and the ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring high standards are consistently met in our fully licensed Cafe Bar environment.

Key responsibilities will include serving customers, up-selling, food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the department. Kitchen experience is preferred, but full training will be provided. As part of our service requirement, you will be expected to work shifts that include evenings and weekends.

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone with experience in a food environment, strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to stay calm during busy periods, confidence to upsell, a friendly approachable manner, and a can-do attitude.
