An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with exceptional Administration & Clerical skills to join the Radiology & Imaging Administration department as a Band 3 Team Leader Fast Track Coordinator at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be responsible for coordinating Fast Track bookings of all Radiology appointments, while also performing Team Leader duties based in the Radiology department at BRI. Your primary objective will be to ensure that radiology Fast Track appointments are booked correctly and within the correct time frame, verifying all referrals within a dedicated timescale, and liaising with Consultant Radiologists as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient referrals and appointments.
  • To coordinate and manage the efficient processing of Radiology Information system CRIS and PACs data.
  • To provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Salary Estimate:
