We are recruiting a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the High Speed 2 project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of our key JV partners in the region.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering
- Have a background in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Be experienced in using P6 and ASTA planning software
- Have at least two years of experience in planning, with additional on-site experience highly desirable
- Have a strong understanding of main or regional contractor practices, which would be highly beneficial
- Be working towards or currently hold a Chartered Engineer qualification, although this is not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate planning activities from the initial stages
- Work effectively within a team environment while also being able to work independently
- Support the Project Manager and Design Manager throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that all programming activities are conducted in accordance with the JV Process
- Deliver accurate progress reports to directors, aligning with the project design
- Assist in developing recovery programs when necessary
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in the ongoing development of the planning and delivery teams
- Provide detailed information on materials and plant to enable procurement teams to plan effectively.
